TME Suite privacy policy

TM Electronics Inc. uses this private connector for its own eBay seller accounts. During sign-in, eBay verifies the seller. TME Suite does not receive the seller’s eBay password.

For this connection, TME Suite requests read-only access to the eBay account identity. It stores the store label, eBay account ID and username, connection dates and an encrypted refresh token at Cloudflare. These records identify the connected store and allow TME Suite to renew its permission. This connector does not request orders, buyer addresses, or listing changes.

Unfinished sign-in records expire after ten minutes. Successful connections remain until disconnected or removed. An administrator can remove the stored connection, and the seller can revoke the grant in eBay account settings. The notification inbox also records eBay account-deletion requests for processing.
