TME Suite privacy policy

TM Electronics Inc. uses this private connector for its own eBay seller accounts. Sellers sign in on eBay. TME Suite does not receive their eBay passwords.

The basic connection identifies the seller. A seller can separately authorize Offer Manager to view offer and negotiation history and to manage offers on that store’s listings. This permission covers accepting, declining and countering buyer offers. Connecting a store or approving permissions does not submit a response to a buyer.

At Cloudflare we store the store label, eBay account ID and username, connection and expiration dates, an encrypted refresh token, and a record of the offer access confirmed for that connection. The connector uses these records to identify the authorized store and renew its access. This release does not store buyer offers, order details, or buyer addresses, and does not request inventory editing or discounts to watchers.

Unfinished sign-ins expire after ten minutes. An administrator can remove a stored connection, and the seller can revoke access in eBay account settings. The notification inbox records eBay account-deletion requests for processing.
